1. There is a Trading halt (because Covid 19 Success)n
2. Ely Lily jump in quicker than they thought they would.
3. Ely was going to offer 3 Billion. But now with Positive Covid Results (PENDING!!!!!) have decided 9 Billion would be more appropriate.
