Further to my post 04/04/2020. This below is all my research only so take it as such !

MPL via mTOR pathway reduces Cyclin D1 expression so reduces regulation of Cyclin D1 function this results in cell cycle arrest in GO/G1 cell cycle phase therefore reduces RNA virus replication.

Chloroquine which is an autophagy inhibitor that was promoted by the USA as a cure but the FDA found it to have to many side effects. MPL is an autophagy inhibitor but has no side effects.

MPL via its pathway p70S6K causes cell death in RNA virus replication.

MPL may activate epithelial sodium channel which decreases osmotic pressure in the lungs thus possibly negating haemolytic fulminating pulmonary oedema an end stage syndrome that kills some people who are ventilated.

mTOR which can be broken down to mTORC2 studies show it inhibits RNA polymerase replication.

I have emailed a more lengthy version of above to Dr Mollard Chief Scientific Officer Pharm Aust.

I have also put my money where my mouth is and bought more PAA today.
