Sorry to keep floating ideas that may not be relevant but has anyone seen a study regarding MPL and its effects on the immune system. Specifically Regulatory T cells? There’s a lot of new research being done on T Reg cells and ALS. Specifically Coya Therapeutics with Dr. Stanley Appel. I can’t help but wonder if there’s a combination affect with monepantel or even if there’s a potential for a synergistic effect with both. Both are very exciting and appear to be entering a phase 2/3 this midyear.
