Out of curiosity, does anyone know if companies are allowed to buy shares in themselves? Not as individual board members, but as an entity of sorts. Seems to me a sensible way to avoid the dilution of a credit raise would be for the company to buy shares at market value, then sell them at profit to fund trials.
