Brilliant, the explanation on your previous post explains it well ( and TBH, probably what triggered my memory & response ).
I invested some time in trying to understand the mTOR process, and became totally & utterly confused.
Enough, though, to understand it is where you impact the process that seems to matter ... get it wrong and you can cause more harm than good.
Again, to quote you :
