Hey thanks @theoc Great story and I appreciate you taking the time to write that great analogy for my benefit. As you will have seen other posters have added to this since and I'm humbled as usual by the generosity of our PAA team in sharing their knowledge. So thanks as well to @Densy, @Quiltman and @kpax et al. I've already used up all my GAs for today, sorry guys.

Just looking at the bits about my original question, i.e. "is there anything that Rapamycin can treat that MPL can't?" My, in a nutshell takeaway from all these recent posts is that MPL's method of action is not yet fully understood so we don't know yet, but it is using some of Rapamycin's tricks as well as a whole bunch more all of its own. As to exactly what treatments MPL is finally found to help with (better than current SOC) the jury is still out and we need to learn more. BUT, things are certainly looking like we have a blockbuster!

That quiet little fella at the front of the bus may end up running the whole league and run rings around Rappa as well..
