The company has no debt and 14 patents for a whole range of uses. In a worst case scenario (imo), it could be put up for auction and surely somebody will have it all for multiples of its current market capitalisation - after all it is a functional mTOR inhibitor with very low adverse effects, an excellent safety profile - look up mTOR inhibitors and their uses.
So either this will be a block buster or a decent earner.
(All my unsound opinion of course and don't bet your future financial life on it or any one stock)
