    Caps the upside, but limits the downside. In fact, I struggle to see the real downside at all as the company has $50 mil cash, $20m still to draw down on Novaquest secured only by royalty, and growing revenue in Europe.

    When partnering deals have been struck, this is going to turn into a very nice cash box.
