Balance sheet looks stronger then it did in 2017 with product pipelines and R&D credits and the share price was at $0.30 cents.
Apply a 30% discount to 2017 price if you wish and your at $0.21.
I think we are going to see big money invest in PXS in the next couple weeks, surely hedge funds or superannuation funds are seeing the same data.
