I'm interested in your thoughts on full takeover vs asset sale.
I remain unconvinced 300m in cash + SA assets + time will deliver more value than a full takeover now.
Is there a possibility the SA assets could be listed and in-specied in a separate listing with a cornerstone and cash returned from the takeover? Would meet the conditions in the agreement you posted, in theory.
