Its valued crap for a reason.... because the players want it that way for as long they can keep it that way. The sophs who play penny stocks probably have a great rapport with PH who enjoys discussing all things biotech and probably know that this is their last chance to have their way with this stock to the extent that they have so far. If they and Bell Potter know that they will be part of any placement (and not a biotech partner or venture capitalist) then they will want the raise as low as possible. It wouldn't suprise me if initial safety and efficacy results of the first paient weren't known in under a month.
