There is always funds available for "Significant Investment Opportunities" its the core business of fund managers ,,, they require Placements to function ,, but yes its tough ,, PAA raised $17.8m 2 weeks ago but I understand your point...
Considering the SP at CHM is down so heavily any further discount would leave the SP in the pips,,,the actual low SP and managements current actions has devalued the company by a further 70% in the past months .... it actually discredits the value of the Technology , Managements inaction is actually devaluing their own work and previous progress .,NZT
