Neither Jen had nor, at this stage, Rebecca will have a say when it comes to the CR Ts & Cs. Officially it is a board decision which is made by Hopper himself. That's his way and unlikely that will change as long as he is chair of IMU, CHM and RAD.

Rebecca of course has to sell it to us when the anns is made, it is Hopper's way to send his soldiers to the investor front line, he is the general making decisions in the saver background and only comes out when a victory parade can be held.

ALA was able to secure funding and to manage to keep the sp up to 50% above that, why can't CHM? At RAD he finally put a 6 months, 55 presentation - effort into the raising and got a result. Let's hope he promoted CHM during those sessions too and will deliver a similar deal.
