Considering at least 10 business days from signing any contracts, paying and actually issuing and transferring into holding accounts time is running out.
Should nothing be announced by end of next week then either the lined up CR participants withdrew or Hopper changed the plan. Market could react negative to any CR as well as to no CR. That's why I have held off buying.
The RAD raising had at least one fund involved that is known for its ruthless value destruction and so far did exactly that. It's the REGAL fund that lines up clients who make their money by short selling. RAD can't get even close to 4c issue price as those shorters sell relentlessly. Hopper himself sacrificed $3m , being on a 15% loss already. Will he use the same sharks here too or will he finally learn?
The only way to raise is by getting only a big pharma involved that invests for the platforms and not shorting gains. Hopper should sell 50-80% to those, that will secure a permanent funding and restore adequate value.
