Yeah same here ...cap raises always create uncertainty in pricing
The financial reality is that regardless of whether the candidates for the placement are
sophisticated investors or fund managers ....every one want s bargain !!!
Both fund managers and investors aren't necessarily reliable longer term holders ....
I'm assuming that this placement wont get done much outside the price range of 1 - 1.5 cents ( I could be wrong )
For those who understand the tech & the probabilities of the tech flying that sounds like an insult
But at least it will put fuel in the tank to continue the journey .
Meanwhile IF the tech & IP really has the legs .... then I think we have the right people in place
to sell the "value proposition "
10 - 20 times the placement price isn't just a dream !! ...if your vision is more than 10 minutes !!!
