I think that also - "curious choice of words" indeed.
I'm inclined to think its about recruiting patients for our clinical trials as quickly and effectively as possible while tapping available govt funding in both the US and Aust. I reckon the strategy is to maximise the power of our cross-functional teams to take advantage of the FDA's new direction in cell therapy development and the endless grants available.
