I cannot recall where IMU mgt indicated they would cobsider it.
If consolidation is necessary for Nasdaq listing, then so be it as long as Nasdaq listing is being done with clear objective.
Consolidation just to tighten the SOI, imho, would usher in a period of volitility in the sp which might take quite a while to recover in the absence of significant development in the actual business of IMU's products.
Just my 2 cents again based on my 2 prior experiences. Not scientific at all as others might have better experiences.
Not too sure why cobsolidation has again been raised when we just had imho significant progresses in terms of early sign of eficacy, fast track designation, Azel Cel regisyrational trial possibility, PD1Vax trials annpunced all in the past few weeks.
Anyway, seems like some of us just agitate for faster and faster sp appreciation, almost everyday!
