Davy the inertia in medical science is immense not limited to cancer treatment. They are schooled in the doctrine of the day. It turns out cancer not just a genetic but metabolic, (Warburg effect 90 years ago!) Immunosuppressive disease. The number one cancer drug in US ? Keytruda and does it cost a pretty penny. Price gouging or free market cost recovery? Big pharma not known for altruism. Note is spectacular in some and not so for others. A gut biome connection established ie poor gut, poor immune system hence lower efficacy. Hope someone tells them to look at this in their clinical trials.
