Be fascinating to see the affect at the optimal dose. This has to be a very strong indicator for future success. To be seeing fairly high affect rates even though at varying levels would suggest optimal dosing can only improve on that.
The opposite result of seeing very little affect and then hoping for some affect at optimal dose would have to be far less likely to succeed, one would think.
Great result. Shame for patients who need it now that it takes so long, but that's the system I suppose.
