AZERCEL OVERALL RESPONSE RATE = 83%
FDA liking it. Fast track registrational study at Phase 2.
repeat after me
VAXINIA OVERALL RESPONSE RATE = 86%
Is FDA liking it? - Absolutely. NO toxicity, and the overall response rate is extremely high.
Why? - For solid tumour, this is probably the first time or rather the best results you may find with any solid tumour cancer treatment out there right now. Especially considering the optimal dosage has not been realised yet.
Fast track registrational study incoming? - Why not? If we are seeing good results and at least prolonging the survival rate / time for the patients, the treatment is essentially buying time for the patient to recover and fight cancer.
So what does it mean in the grand scheme of things? - Standard of care currently is Chemotheraphy. If this is a success, VAXINA could potentially be replacing that, meaning that the first thing that the FDA want every cancer patient to be injected with is our CF33.
GLATH. Our time has come.
