Wow! This is an incredible announcement.
CF-33 is working in humans, already a CR on such low doses, we now know which cancer they will be targeting for fast-track approval! These results are from the first 25 patients dosed, imagine the results of the next 75 once the doses are closer to optimal.
Some posters weren't even expecting any efficiency data as it is still a trial in progress!
I think this is amazing news and further de-risks the prospects of CF-33 being successful.
