You know the Mets from down the road, a bunch of companies in this area have mets.
You know a portion of Pocos is unminable
You know the rest of Pocos is in a buffer zone and will be more painful to progress.
You know the results from Sein are average and Pocos will probably be similar.
You know Charley Creek has been going on for a decade or more, through high prices and low, and nothing has changed.
