An example of how it could absolutely go lower is SI6. They are in the same area, have better grades, are probably AIC, not in an environmental zone, though are small. They have a similar SOI, and are only 4m MC.
If Coda grades remain as per the historicals and the mets are like RAU down the road (bigger grades at least there) then i'd be running.
