POCOS will make an appearance but will be considered ok results if CODA comes in first. It will be probably surprise but won't be a CODA. It's all about juxta positioning in this market and how you feed it information.
I hope I eat my words and POCOS comes in and slams CODA results but as it stands, the order of execution should always have been to throw resources at CODA first.
