Please post your detailed costing and capex designs on TIROS as you appear to know so much more than anyone else on an exploration project that is yet to do a Mieral Resource Estimate that divides the estimate into Indicated/Measures/Inferred. At the end of the day it appears you have already done their DFS and calculated an IRR so post your detailed DFS..
