You are been very conclusive that your DFS in your head has an IRR > discount rate used. That is your DFS in your head indicates you have already done all the METs and project design to make that project economic. This is why you're investing your money and spruiking the stock to people.
Im not invested here, in other words, I don't jump to conclusions like you. Time will tell whether TIROS is viable or not.
