The beauty of your post here is that two things -

The company existed before LPD became its name. Tell me did they create the patented process exactly 6 years ago or was that process created earlier?

As for consolidation tell me what happens to company that keep issuing stock and don’t consolidate?

After yesterdays Ann’s we learnt that we are going to need far more money than what they have forecast. Now that’s not a problem in the sense of what’s happened in the world but it doesn’t make the challenge any easier. It means more funding is required. Judging by the jump in expenses for infrastructure one can also assume the working capital will jump too. New staff already hired. So that extra money from raise is key because they will really need that and I’ll stay another CR in two years..

Of course you see many companies consolidate and fall in price and way more so at this end of town but it’s inevitable at some point. Your suggestion here is that management know that’s happening so judging by your own admission they’ll consolidate and as you say the sp will fall below consolidation price point..

My view is that they should just do it. Consolidate. There’s no way around that. Billions and billions of shares does not draw the right types of investors. It looks bottom of the barrel penny and will be ignored by most with big money imo.

Now with infrastructure from other energy sources becoming viable like hydrogen and sodium and government s coming to the party there. Especially hydrogen(already posted projects around Australia) it’s coming. Infrastructure for that is coming. So it may well be a complimentary energy but price point of lithium is likely to make hydrogen very appealing.. sodium become appealing for stationary energy supply.

LPD have to move now. Technology is advancing and management have to source that funding now really. I’m still confused how the Australian government haven’t jumped on board if the patented tech is so amazing. Why are we building this in Namibia and UAE. I’m surprised we would even have to source finance from the US considering it’s suppose to be the best first moving vertical integrated chemical company that could revolutionise the energy industry with its processes.

As time drags on that becomes less believable.
