Does that sound reasonable to anyone? Producing a concentrated brine takes little to no expertise and you still need a carbonate (or hydroxide plant) to produce a final product of which there are few and far between (including the people with the skills and knowledge to build and operate). Personally, I would have thought 10% of the carbonate price was more realistic given the unicorn that processing is!
I can understand JP putting an optimistic price on LiCl but is there any basis other than JP's opinion?
