In my opinion, that discount rate is too low. Should be closer to 10%.
IRR is good.
Long term pricing assumptions look sound. Bu they are higher then comparable DFS.
The NPV here may be overstated compared to peers.
Still a lot of value at current prices.
Not sure if the market will sell this off to be honest.
