BMM got blocked buying the rights to the technology as it was a backdoor listing. I don't know who knows who, but they're doing it via this lithium company now. A lithium company that never actually mined or processed any lithium mind you.
They'll literally just milk hype around their license on this technology for a couple of years now. Nothing will happen. Mark my words.
