    When you write that: "Blincyto alone does US$800M a year and Yescarta $1.5B" what leaps out at me is the thought that their current sales - large though they are - have been limited by the current clinical usage for those drugs, which is only in a subset of blood borne cancers, and blood borne cancers as a total group comprise only 10% of all cancer patients.

    So if OnCARlytics is successful, and CAR-T's can then be effective against solid tumour types, then the potential market for Blincyto and Yescarta goes up by at least an order of magnitude - 10x.

    Any company depending on CAR-T for a major share of their revenue and growth would simply have to step up and seek a deal.

    This is going to be a fascinating ride. I just have some money at stake here, and I am fortunate to be (so far as I know) in good health, but my heart goes out to the many many people who need this treatment to work for much more urgent and personal reasons.
