I dont really have a theory but suspect the share price is just being manipulated. You can only keep a good thing down for so long before the lid explodes off. Todays announcement was good news, but nothing out of the box, the whole market was down today, its a long weekend so most are asleep at the wheel. Check out MSB announcement today which is a more significant announcement than this one and only up by 2% but currently up by 22% on the nasdaq pre market.
