The 12 months play was about a T/O after the timeframe of the expected significant clinical updates. IMU reported $140M in cash at the start of the year and they use around $24M per quarter with half of those expense on R&D so at that expenditure rate will use $96M end of this year with R&D rebate of $24M so will have around $58M in cash remaining.
