i may be wrong... just a thought.. i invested in some other BioPharma at early stage of their Drug trial. i see this pattern which i just realized now...
Concept, Phase 1 Trial, Phase 2 and then Phase 3.. all of them have their own CR and placement MC Valuation. basically all of them are Pre-Money so.. Concept and approval to Phase 1.. its Free Rise and Free Fall... thereafter Operator jumps in.. as Company neither want SP to go too up Or too down as they have to satisfy Phase 1 Investor (instos mainly) and has to bring in new Investor for Phase 2... i have gut feeling that when Stage 1 is about to be cleared Or mass trial starts for first 50 patient in Stage 1 only then.. SP will start climbing up.. Phase 2 Investor will facilitate exit to Phase 1 Investor..
i was just studying the patter of couple of other Pharma company SP.. very similar trajectory..
All though feeling this drug going to bring change for Good.. investment for noble cause to bring real change
