We should all know now that the only news which will result in a re-rating of the share price is a take-over bid or spectacular results in a phase 2 trial which strongly demonstrates efficacy. Phase 1 trials are all about dosage and safety with late stage phase 1 preliminary efficacy results sometimes thrown in.
