My suspicion is that as an imaging agent it works but not nearly as well as it needs to in order to make a clinically significant difference.
It works only on a minority of breast cancer types, needs patent lymph drainage and MRI artefact (however defined) is an issue.
I bought a few as a bit of a speculative punt some time ago but harbour no great hopes of ever seeing my money again.
