WE really don't know what's happening .... other than there is going to be provision to double the number of shares on issue ..... whilst I understand there is a X 3 Month time limit from providing for the additional shares ..... and contrary to many opinions .... the issue price might well be much higher than todays price
The announcement today was positive ...the wheels are turning ....so lets wait and see
