there are a lot coal mine closures expected in the UK over the next couple of years (thermal coal that is) so NAE should be able to find workers for this project very easily. They should also be hitting up the UK government for assistance, this is the perfect time to extend the hand out. Providing jobs to those that loose them is a win win for everyone. Management mentioned that Lochinvar could be a project of national importance, lets just hope that actually happens and it provides some tangible support.
