Yes, it is a valid observation, possible but is it likely to happen? I don't think so. It is the same whether there could be a major natural catastrophy or even a major war. I sit possible? Yes, but is it likely? Not really. It is how individual investors perceive event to happen in the future. Those who will be right and placed their bets on the right way, will win. I personally placed my bet (money) by buying shares after doing my homework and will live with the consequences. Crisis always creates opportunities for those who dare and usually works for those who can do their homework and set aside emotions.
