This is not what the NI 43-101 version of the DFS says (which is available on the LPI website):
Also, I never said that LPI don't own their mining concessions. They just specifically don't have the right to extract lithium from the new code concessions until they obtain a CEOL which they (LPI) say they are "currently negotiating this contract with the Chilean Government". These are their words, not mine, but they seem to contradict your words.
As I said before I'm happy to include the new code resource once they conclude their negotiations with the Chilean Government to obtain a CEOL (noting that the Codelco JV has not progressed beyond an MOU signed in 2019).
Apologies to others who didn't want to read all this. I have now fully explained the rationale upon which I constructed the chart and won't engage in LPI specific discussion here any further.
