The last 2 CRs at 3c then 1.2c were preceded by an orchestrated sell-down from a much higher price; in each instance. To make it worse, the sophs got a big discount from the prevailing SP too.
That aside, there should be nearly $2m in kitty come 31 March IF the Board did not spend much on exploration during the current quarter - as it indicated in the Dec Cash Report.
I don't see a potential CR with shares to issue as the reason for the SP rise.
