Speculate however you want but all the flags are red on this bad boy. Delayed results, lack of communication (diabolical in my opinion), lack of funds, poor leadership. Take your pick. They have run thing into the ground. How to not manage a company 101. At least a good lesson not to get your hopes up with speccy explorers no matter how good things look under the ground.
