I agree with you, sentiment is quite negative at the moment. But regardless of emails being answered or not, I feel like we all need to (try to) push management to do the job they are hired to do (by us, who own the company, never forget).

So yeah, it may feel useless, but I think those emails asking valid questions add pressure on them, reminding them that this is our money, that we care and that we have not forgotten that everything is late and overdue.

I feel like that is all we can do at the moment, so the more we do it, the better.
