Because as with everything with RLT it's a heavily caveated announcement relating to something which may or may not occur several years down the track despite the fact we aren't even able to crawl yet. Nobody knows about RLT in Aus, the announcements get no traction. Nobody wants to buy and savy traders just flip shares to make a quick $$$. people thinking this company will get to $4.00 anytime soon are kidding themaelves.
Because as with everything with RLT it's a heavily caveated...
