As we know trials take time and there is a great deal of bureaucracy to go through in such circumstances. An update on progress on process that shows compliance in order to achieve results. If all trials ran totally to a planned timeline that would be extraordinary. So it’s showing as positive for me (yes of course you can disagree) as milestones are being met.
