Yes you can it is call dilution, as they did in Australian side of the study. I would take a very large bet that Permetrix is effective against inflammatory acne, but alas I will not be able to run a trial as BOT has exclusivity over it (but not the IP). As I said it will be irrelevant as lucky for BOT their ingredient looks to be effective against non inflammatory which is harder to treat and they will just make sure that the vehicle is inert, unlike in the phase 2 US side of the study I suggest you ask one of the independent parties involved in the phase 11 for validation.
Good luck, I never wish that any investor does poorly, and I hope I am not correct in regards to the current announcement.
