yep they really need to hire good marketing people to turn this around.
I have seen a very technical person from a vendor try to sell a superior product to the board and it flopped then a flash marketing person bedazzled the same board with a crap product and they still talk about how good that product is, this feels the same way where a group of scientists who are very exited about a great outcome just cannot get the message across, get the right people for the right job please.
