Thanks Benno, that seems to make a lot more sense. So If I understand correctly then the maths seems to indicate that only 21 patients were classed as persistent at day one. At day 5 all 21 were 100% clear of bugs. At day 7 there were still 16 clear of bugs (16/21 = 76.2% slight rounding up) and then at day 28 there were still 5 people still clear (5/21 = 23.8%).

For me the big omission from the ASX announcement (if I'm correct with my understanding) is that they should have spelt out that at day 5 , 100% of those that started the course were clear of bugs. Hope I'm correct with this?? If I am then they really need to explain (clarify) this to people and I think the SP will get a rerate once this is understood. Happy to be corrected if not.
