I'd be looking for the exits.
- Company is out of cash.
- Existing difficult getting TGA approval (today won't help).
- A product that will almost certainly never qualify for PBS reimbursement (most patients don't want to pay for private scripts, and definitely will not want to pay $25 as suggested in the company marketing plan).
- The product kills viral particles in the nose, but viruses replicate inside the cells of the nose and throat, so this is in no way a cure.
- As a doctor, I can't see myself prescribing it based on the current risk/benefit profile.
