They can't just repeat the study. This is a phase 3 trial, large, long, and expensive. Also, regulators won't approve a repeat unless the company can justify it. If poor results then spray doesn't work and no point of repeating and if bottles were switched then low confidence in company and its CRO. Although very unlikely, I am hoping it was a switch, as unbelievably incompetent as it sounds.
